St Andrew's School

By Levi hust keogh

In St Andrew's School we learn lots about God and Jesus. Also we learn what Kettering was like in the 1940's which was during the world war. We learn all the lessons like History and R.E and Maths and we do lots of thinking.

St. Andrews is the best! I joined in nursery when I was 4 and now I'm 11 and in year 6, almost ready to leave! All of the teachers try to make the lessons fun (although sometimes they don't succeed) and interesting. I have seen lots of names that I recognise on these pages and I remember seeing the children work hard on them on the ancient computers that we used to have. Now we have laptops, interactive whiteboards, and brand new computers. Everyone is happy at this school most of the time even though there are a few bad apples lurking around but we are working hard to change them. This time of year is very frustrating. On Friday it was some pupils last day at the school. It was a very emotional time. At the moment we have to work really hard as we have sports day, leavers service, our leavers performance AND the last day of term. I have learnt a lot at St. Andrews (you may notice in this comment) and I will really miss the children, teachers and atmosphere!
